So, what exactly do we do? why are we so great?

In good conscience my team and I only offer one level of weekly service, which is full service. We don’t half @$$ anything, your pool and it’s condition are too important to us, as is our reputation in our community. Every pool on our service receives the following weekly (or within the time period mentioned):

  • One visit per week on a scheduled day

  • We ACTUALLY brush & skim your pool every visit with the caveat of very cold temperatures, heavy rain, and/or thunder/lightning (because physics)

  • Spot vacuum your pool if needed

  • Test & Balance your pool water (all regular chemicals included)

  • Sanitize your pool (tab or salt it doesn’t matter, all regular chemicals included)

  • Check/empty your pool’s skimmer basket

  • Clean your filter cartridge/backwash every 4 to 6 weeks or as needed.

  • IF YOU HAVE A SALT POOL we also include a free, once quarterly, cleaning of your salt chlorine generator

  • Upon the completion of your weekly pool service you will also receive an email including your initial water test results, a list of what we did chemically, a list of what we did physically, & 2-6 pictures of your pool and equipment.

  • For your convenience we also have a “portal” where you’re able to enter/maintain your payment information, and access past pool reports & pictures. We also offer an automatic payment option, so you won’t have to worry about paying your invoice on time.
